Tampermonkey is the most popular userscript manager, with over 10 million weekly users. It's available for Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, Opera Next and Firefox. When I make a chrome extension for youtube with userscript in Tampermonkey or as a Chrome Extension the extension doesn't recognize when it leaves the page that the extension should run on like it. 1.) What Tampermonkey version do you use? (go to 'chrome://extensions/' for that information) 3.4.3568.10 2.) What browser version (go to 'chrome://chrome/') and operating system do you use? 29.0.1547.65 3.) Does a Userscript cause the problem? If so, from where can it be downloaded? Any script containing a @require pointing to a script hosted on userscripts.org. 4.) Did this work before? Have you checked the script's bug tracker/discussion page for that problem? I am the author of both scripts that are involved. 5.) Are there other Userscripts installed and running? Only one script is installed, which contains a @require pointing to another script hosted on userscripts.org. 6.) Steps to reproduce the problem: Go to a web page on which the installed script should be invoked. 7.) What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? The page finishes loading in no time. 8.) Please provide any additional information below. The page does not load and in the mean time prevents other pages, on which the installed script are not supposed to be functional, from being loaded in a new tab. The Tampermonkey extension page (e.g. Chrome-extension://dhdgffkkebhmkfjojejmpbldmpobfkfo/options.html) is frozen as well. (Chrome UI is responsive though.) When I went to extensions page of Chrome and tried disabling Tampermonkey, Chrome crashed. OS: Debian sid amd64.
